Delivery time

Returns & Refunds
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what was described, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full.
A refund goes back to the card or account you paid from and usually reaches you in 5–7 working days. Your bank sets that timing.
Everything else can be returned unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed. Pierced earrings cannot be returned for a change of mind, for hygiene reasons.
