Terms of Sale
Who you are buying from
RSVFashion Jewels, trading from India and shipping worldwide. Email rsvfashionjewels@gmail.com, telephone +91 87697 22027.
How an order is made
Placing an order on this site is an enquiry, not a completed purchase. We reply to confirm that the piece is available and to give you the exact total including shipping. A contract is formed only when you accept that total and pay. Until then you owe us nothing and may cancel freely.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees. Any figure shown in another currency is an approximate conversion for your convenience; the amount charged is the rupee price. We accept bank transfer and the payment methods we confirm with you. No payment is taken on this website and we never see your card or banking credentials.
You may attach a screenshot of your payment to your order page. We confirm it in writing there, so both sides have a record.
Our pieces
Every photograph on this site is of the actual piece we hold, taken by us. Handmade jewellery varies slightly from piece to piece, and screens show colour differently — small variations are normal and are not a fault. Where a piece is described as plated, it is plated, not solid.
Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch within 2-3 working days of payment clearing. Delivery times given are estimates from the courier and exclude customs delays. Import duty and taxes are payable by you — see our shipping policy.
Cancelling and returning
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery, on the terms set out in our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
When we may decline an order
We may decline or cancel an order if a piece turns out to be unavailable, if a price was listed in error, if we cannot ship to your country, or if we cannot verify the payment. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Customs declarations
We declare every parcel honestly at its full value. We cannot mark an order as a gift or a sample, or state a lower value, however it is asked for: that is a false declaration, and the penalty would fall on you as the importer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India. Nothing here affects consumer rights you have under the law of your own country, which continue to apply.
