Privacy Policy

We ask for as little as we can, we use it only to fulfil your order, and we never sell it. This page says exactly what that means.

What we collect

• To send you an order: your name, email address, postal address, state, postal code, country and phone number.
• If you write to us: your messages, and any image you attach.
• If you send payment proof: the screenshot you upload.
• If you are an EU or UK business: a VAT or IOSS number, only if you choose to give one.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not profile you. We never see or store your card or bank credentials — no payment is taken on this site.

Why we hold it

To confirm and dispatch your order, to answer your questions, to keep the accounting and export records Indian law requires of us, and for no other purpose.

Who else sees it

Your name, address and phone number go to the courier carrying your parcel, and your name, the contents and the value appear on the customs declaration. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, for any reason.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for 7 years, which is what Indian tax and export rules require. Messages and attachments are deleted when you ask us to.

Keeping it safe

Payment screenshots and images you attach to messages are private. They are stored away from the public website and served only after we have checked that the person asking is you or us — never by guessing a web address. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash and cannot be read back, by us or anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Customers in the EU and UK have these rights under the GDPR; we extend the same to everyone. Write to rsvfashionjewels@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

We may have to keep order records even after a deletion request, where tax law requires it. We will tell you if that applies and delete everything else.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s own storage to remember your basket and your delivery details so you do not retype them. Nothing is shared with any advertising network.
